The room was exceptionally comfortable, had essentials, like a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The location in a very beautiful area was great and amazing and there were a shopping street and convenience stores nearby.

The location is great in Shinagawa Ward district, being right by the subway station.

The hotel is situated in a gorgeous area, right by the train station, a bustling shopping street, and numerous dining options. I adored the hotel, particularly my cozy single room. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit.

Spent my Xmas there and the hotel provided a delicious breakfast box delivered right to my room. the location was perfect, just a two, minute walk to the train station and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping. the room was also equipped with modern amenities including heated toilet and easy, to, access bedside power plugs.

the staff was welcoming and helped us with our luggage. the room was clean and fresh, the bathroom was modern and had generous toiletries, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel offered various breakfast options and had power plugs and light switches conveniently located next to the bed in our room.

We were disappointed to learn that the hotel did not have laundry facilities.

Great location, local shopping, Palm shopping arcade, unique atmosphere, helpful staff, consistent room layout.
